All the things I wanted to eat in a day!

I've been reading a book: All the things I wanted to eat in a day. It's a great read on the underlying issues that drives our eating habits.

1. Our self esteem
2. Upbringing
3. Emotional states
4. Values toward food

As I read this book several things come to mind:
How do we form positive or negative conceptions of food?
Why does food play such an important role in our lives that can be linked to self esteem?

One thing I take from this book is to take control of my own eating habits and teaching my kids and students tools to make healthier choices.

You are what you eat!

Eat, sleep and pray.
